You can request deletion of your Hanison account and associated personal data.

How to request account deletion in the Hanison app:

  1. Open the Hanison app.
  2. Go to Me.
  3. Open Account & Privacy.
  4. Tap Delete Account.
  5. Confirm your deletion request and submit this form.

What happens after you request deletion:

  • We may verify your identity before processing your request.
  • We will delete or anonymize your account information where legally possible.
  • After deletion, you may lose access to your Hanison account, wallet, order history, support messages, and related services.
  • Some transaction, wallet, withdrawal, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, security, or legal records may be retained where required or reasonably necessary.
  • Account deletion requests are usually reviewed within 7 business days.
