By using Hanison Gift Card, you agree to these Terms of Use.
- Service
Hanison provides a platform for users to submit gift card information for review, track order status, use wallet features, request withdrawals, and contact support.
- Account
You are responsible for keeping your account login information secure. You must provide accurate information when creating an account, submitting orders, or requesting withdrawals.
- Gift Card Submissions
You agree that:
- You are the lawful owner of any gift card, code, receipt, or image you submit.
- The information you submit is accurate and complete.
- You will not submit stolen, fraudulent, altered, invalid, or unauthorized gift cards.
- Hanison may reject, cancel, or hold any order for review if fraud, risk, or incorrect information is suspected.
- Order Review
Submitted gift cards are reviewed before wallet credit or payout. Rates, values, and payout amounts may depend on brand, country, card type, card value, market conditions, and review results.
- Wallet and Withdrawal
Wallet balances and withdrawal availability depend on completed and approved orders. Hanison may delay, reject, or review withdrawal requests when required for security, fraud prevention, account verification, accounting, or legal reasons.
- Prohibited Use
You may not use Hanison for fraud, money laundering, unauthorized transactions, illegal activity, abuse of promotions, system attacks, or violation of applicable laws.
- Account Suspension
We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these Terms, submit fraudulent information, abuse the service, or create security or legal risk.
- Account Deletion
You may request account deletion from inside the Hanison app or through our website. Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, transaction history, fraud prevention, or security purposes.
- No Guarantee
Hanison does not guarantee that every submitted gift card will be accepted or that every payout request will be approved. All orders are subject to review.
